AVANÇO, ADIANTAMENTO ou GANHO MECÂNICO• É a diferença percentual entre a tração do pneu dianteiro com relação ao traseiro com base no solo em equipamentos 4x4. Existem dois tipos de avanços: cinemático que é a diferença de rotação dos eixos dianteiro e traseiro, e o avanço real estático, medido conforme tração no solo. O avanço é importante para que a tração dianteira tenha função auxiliar sobre a tração traseira, deve ser positivo entre 0% e 5% para um melhor desempenho da tração o ideal é entre 1,2% a 1,8%. BENEFÍCIOS• Os maiores benefícios do avanço positivo dentro da faixa ideal são: redução da patinagem das rodas traseiras, menor necessidade de peso para o trabalho, menor desgaste dos pneus, menor consumo de combustível, maior conforto do operador, e aumento da vida útil do sistema mecânico.• Este software foi dimensionado para utilização em Tratores Articulados de pneus com tração integral nas quatro rodas, para um melhor ajuste das condições operacionais da máquina, melhorar a relação de tração identificando o avanço, informando o avanço por roda dianteira em relação à traseira, a principal causa de galope, perca de rendimento e patinagem alta é o avanço fora da faixa ideal, e quando negativo faz com que o trator escape a traseira para os lados exigindo uma correção pelo sistema de piloto e ou manualmente.PROCEDIMENTO• Para avaliação do avanço o equipamento deve estar com as pressões dos pneus ajustadas conforme o manual do fabricante da máquina e ou dos pneus. Posicione a maquina em terreno firme e nivelado sem incidência de sombra na base dos pneus para melhor identificação do solo nas imagens, se preciso for manobre a máquina para que as fotos tenham iluminação parecida. Em caso de solos muito escuros recomenda-se marcar a base dos pneus com giz branco para melhor identificação do limite de contato do pneu com o solo. A leitura efetivada é valida para as condições de peso e pressões dos pneus.• Devem ser tiradas as fotografias obedecendo à ordem: DIANTEIRA ESQUERDA, TRASEIRA ESQUERDA, DIANTEIRA DIREITA E TRASEIRA DIREITA. As imagens podem ser tiradas diretamente no aplicativo com a câmera do dispositivo e carregadas posteriormente na mesma ordem e ou diretamente através do aplicativo Kinetic Articulados. Para uma melhor análise devemos tirar as fotos sempre frontalmente ao aro do pneu cuidando para que o enquadramento pegue a parte superior do pneu e uma faixa de solo.
